This Little Light of Mine

Summary: Jesus said,“I am the Light of the world.” We, too, are supposed to duplicate that light. This world is full of sin. Sin tries to choke out the Light that Jesus put inside each of us. Sometimes we try to hide that light and keep it from being seen for fear we may be made fun of or criticized. Jesus told us that we should be like a city on a hill with a light that can’t be hidden. We are to SHINE the light of Jesus all over the darkness. Even the smallest light can cut through the thick layers of darkness that sin brings into the world. In this lesson, the children will learn that they can light up the world and make a huge difference!
